Indian Ambassador to the Philippines, Harsh Kumar Jain, inaugurated a statue of the esteemed Tamil poet and philosopher Thiruvalluvar at Gullas College of Medicine (GCM) in Cebu. The event was held as part of the 75th anniversary celebrations of diplomatic ties between India and the Philippines.
