I am glad that I had an opportunity to deliver a special address in tha “Workshop on Leadership Development Program” for PG Students of various Departments of Alagappa Universuty who have chosen a Paper as elective Subject in life long education dept. I convey my sincere thanks to Head of the Dept Dr N.Johnson.
Dr C.K Muthukumaran presided over the function and enumerated 11aspects of leadership nicely.

I give herein below the link for my address part 2.
My address is based on two books consisting of 7 points and 690 aspects. The first book is named “Do it scared?” by Ruth Soukup on fears hindering to reach top leadership. The other book is Thirukkural Chapter 38 (இறைமாட்சி – Greatness of a king – a leader) to Chapter 108! Various leadership qualities were told and participants are asked to ponder with. I’m glad that the response was overwhelming!
